Helping Hands

Friday, January 27th, 2012

Texas Sun & Shade was honored to spend the morning at the Ronald McDonald House of Austin in January. We came together as a group to grocery shop and prepare a lunch meal for the guests of RMH. It was a fun experience to work together as a group in the kitchen which is quite opposite of our daily tasks at the office and on job sites.

We look forward to future activities to stay involved in our community and lend a helping hand.

Texas Sun & Shade is Committed to BBB Accreditation Standards

This week, Texas Sun & Shade celebrates 22 years of accreditation by BBB Serving Central, Coastal and Southwest Texas.  As a BBB Accredited Business, Texas Sun & Shade is dedicated to promoting trust in the marketplace.

According to BBB reports by Princeton Research, seven in ten consumers say they are more likely to buy from a company designated as a BBB Accredited Business.  BBB is a resource for the public, providing objective, unbiased information about businesses.

“We’re proud to celebrate 22 years of BBB Accreditation because we value building trust with our customers,” said Ben Skoldeberg.  “Our BBB Accreditation gives our customers confidence in our commitment to maintaining high ethical standards of conduct.”

BBB Accredited Businesses must adhere to BBB Accreditation Standards, a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices representing trustworthiness in the marketplace.  The standards call for building trust, embodying integrity, advertising honestly and telling the truth, being transparent, honoring promises, being responsive and safeguarding privacy.

Texas Sun & Shade earned our A+ rating over 22 years by providing the highest quality products paired with incomparable customer service.
